30-Day Service Packages | Terms & Conditions

UPDATED SEPTEMBER 1st, 2026

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and The Poetry Vessel, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or participating in this poetry feedback service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Window and Validity

  • Active Service Period: September 29th, 2026 – October 31st, 2026.

  • Bulk Submission Service Window: October 1st, 2026 – October 3rd, 2026.

  • Final Submission Deadline: October 31st, 2026.

  • Maximum Submission Limit: You may submit up to a maximum total of 30 poems for feedback during the entire service period, including any submissions uploaded during the bulk period. Submissions exceeding 30 poems will not be accepted or reviewed.

  • Expiration: Unused poem credits expire on the final submission deadline. This offer does not last in perpetuity, and unused credits will not roll over or remain valid after the service window closes.

  • Timeliness: Failure to upload your poems on a timely basis within the service period may result in the forfeiture of remaining feedback services.

2. Submission Guidelines and Requirements

  • Bulk Upload Window: Bulk uploading up to your 30-poem maximum into the portal is available exclusively during the first 3 days of the service period.

  • Poem Length: Each submitted poem must be 40 lines or fewer. Poems exceeding 40 lines will not be reviewed or considered for feedback.

  • Formatting & Identification: Every submitted document must include your full name and email address. Text must be formatted in 12-point font using Times New Roman or another clear, legible font.

  • Accepted File Formats: Documents must be submitted as .doc or .docx files. Other formats will not be accepted.

3. Feedback and Turnaround Times

  • Scope of Review: The service includes exactly one round of feedback per poem.

  • Additional Reviews: Requests for additional feedback, line edits, or re-reviews are not included but may be purchased separately.

  • Turnaround Time: Standard submissions require at least 1–2 business days per poem (excluding weekends and official holidays) to receive feedback. Turnaround times for bulk uploads submitted during the bulk submission period may vary depending on queue volume.

4. Technical Responsibilities & System Access

Client is responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and access to their submission portal account.

Technical difficulties on the Client’s end do not extend the final submission deadline.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Author Ownership: You retain full copyright and ownership of all original poetry submitted to the service.

  • Feedback Ownership: Feedback, notes, and commentary provided to you are for your personal educational use only and may not be resold, published, or redistributed.

6. Content Restrictions & Right of Refusal

Submissions containing hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content will be rejected without review or refund, with termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Feedback provided by the Company is subjective and intended strictly for educational and instructional purposes. The Company makes no guarantees regarding publication, awards, or commercial success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

  • Mandatory Arbitration: You agree that any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or services provided by the Company shall be settled exclusively through binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of law.

  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve all disputes solely on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in a class-action lawsuit or representative proceeding against the Company.

9. Non-Disparagement and Remedies

  • Public Conduct: You agree not to make false, defamatory, or disparaging statements—whether written, oral, or electronic (including social media posts and public reviews)—that damage the commercial reputation, goodwill, or business operations of the Company.

  • Remedies for Defamation: In the event of libelous or slanderous statements, the Company reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
