1. General Services

The Poetry Vessel provides digital courses, live online workshops, and 1:1 poetry mentorship, writing, and editing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering, course content, or scheduled event at our discretion.

2. Digital Products & Live Workshops

• Self-Guided Courses: Access to self-paced digital materials is granted upon successful payment. Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or resold.

• Live Workshops: Attendance for live single-session or multi-week workshops is subject to scheduled dates. If a session must be rescheduled by us, you will be offered a makeup date or equivalent access.

• 1:1 Services: Mentorship and editing services are scheduled upon mutual agreement following purchase.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

• Due to the digital nature of online self-guided courses, all sales are final once access is delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Cancellations for live workshops or 1:1 services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a refund or credit.

4. Intellectual Property

All original course materials, video and audio recordings, workbooks, text, and website content remain the intellectual property of The Poetry Vessel and its instructors. Your submitted personal writing remains entirely your own.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Poetry Vessel’s educational programs and coaching are intended for personal enrichment. We do not guarantee specific publication, commercial, or career outcomes.
